Thank you for shopping with Dog Lover Boutique and supporting rescue dogs! At Dog Lover Boutique, we partner with Printify to handle the production and shipping of our products to ensure quality and efficiency. Please review the following shipping guidelines:

Processing Time:

  • Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process before shipment. (However, most orders only take 2 business days)

Shipping Times:

  • Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. However, estimated shipping times are provided during checkout. Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may slightly vary.

Shipping Methods:

  • At checkout, we offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including economy, standard and expedited options. (Ex: Economy: 4-8 business days, Standard: 2-5 business days)
  • The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on the printing facility and the destination of the order.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking information.

**International Shipping:**
- We may ship internationally to many countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

**Lost or Damaged Shipments:**
 We offer package insurance through Guide. It is pre-selected in your cart and can be easily removed or unselected. Please be advised that by opting out of shipping insurance, dogloverboutique is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay any return shipping fees, customs fees, VAT or any other fees for international orders. Shipping will not be refunded for denied shipments. Your return shipping charges for denied shipments/wrong address will be deducted from your total refund.
