Welcome to Dog Lover Boutique, where my love for dogs meets creativity with a cause. I'm Danay Bowyer, the founder, from northern Indiana who is deeply passionate about our canine companions. Dogs have woven their way into the fabric of my life, inspiring me to combine my love for them with my creative endeavors and rescue efforts.
By day, I'm dedicated to my cleaning business and making a difference at Housin' Hounds Animal Rescue, a woman-owned nonprofit organization, where we work tirelessly to provide a safe haven for dogs in need. But I wanted to do more. That's why I decided to launch Dog Lover Boutique, providing dog lovers with minimalist, casual, yet chic, dog-themed merchandise that celebrates the unique bond between humans and their furry friends, raises awareness about the importance of embracing diversity, and fights against breed discrimination and animal abuse.

Who is Housin Hounds Animal Rescue?
Welcome to the heart of our mission: Housin' Hounds Animal Rescue (HHAR). Founded by a passionate group of women, HHAR is a female-founded nonprofit organization in northern Indiana, dedicated to rescuing dogs from the horrors of puppy mills, unethical breeders, and other unsafe circumstances.
At HHAR, we believe that every dog deserves a loving home and a chance to thrive. That's why we work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in need, providing them with the care, compassion, and support they deserve.
